- 1 tbsp Carisips Zesty Tamarind Cordial
- ½ tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- Mix all ingredients until you get a consistent liquid.
- Add to meals or use to marinate.
Prawns - This dish is called assam prawns and it is apart of nyonya cuisine. Marinate prawns in tamarind soy sauce for 20 minutes and then cook. Tastes delicious with noodles, rice, in a salad or alone as a side dish.
